Allow iOS app on Mac for Zotero iOS
I would like to run the Zotero iOS app (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/zotero/id1513554812) on my Apple Silicon Mac mainly because I find Gecko’s performance lacking—it feels a bit sluggish and slightly blurry compared to native PDF viewers.
I understand this is an unusual request, but as far as I know, allowing an iOS app on Mac is simply a toggle developers can enable in the App Store. I would greatly appreciate it if the developers could consider enabling this option.
In theory, I could build the iOS app myself using Xcode, but it relies on the external SDK PSPDFKit, which requires a license. Given this limitation, my only option is to ask here in this forum. Thank you in advance.

If there's a problem with the Mac app (and it's still present in the Zotero beta), you should report it so we can fix it properly.
