Upgrade StorageItem Pane UI Issue - Long URL Push Elements Beyond Right Boundry

long text between "/" in URL field might not be properly broken into separated lines, so the line push elements on the right of the item pane beyond the window's boundry, users can not find "+" to add notes, tags or switch the author field to "surname, firstname" format.

I tried with plugins disabled, found the issue is caused by the ZoteroPreview.
