New UI is fancy, but I miss one feature from the previous classic mode: ability to select multiple items at once. I notice I can still do it by dragging the selected items in the top field but this is not super intuitive.
@adrienburg: You can press Enter/Return on the keyboard to add selected items to the citation.
But you can also add individual items just by double-clicking them or clicking the + button on each row, so there's not much reason to select multiple items with Ctrl/Cmd-click. Selecting a range of items with Shift-click and then pressing Enter/Return could still make sense.
@adrienburg: To be clear, are you referring to Library Mode or List Mode? Cmd-A works for me in Library Mode on macOS. You have to click an item first to focus the items list.
@dstillman: I am referring to library mode. I can highlight all with Ctrl-A on windows11. But I cannot then press enter to select all and send them to the dialog bar. This is not breaking since I afterwards realized I can select all items with other approaches (shift click). I simply report what it looks like is a minor bug. Anyways, thanks for the update.
I'm still not sure what you mean here. This should work fine, and does for me:
1. Click any row in the items list to give the items list focus 2. Press Ctrl-A to select all items 3. Press Enter to send the selected items to the search bar.
It shouldn't matter whether you use click, Ctrl/Shift-click, or Ctrl-A — whatever items are selected will be added to the search bar when you press Enter.
