Cannot use Zotero Connector

    I cannot use my Zotero Connector for Google Docs
    1. Open the file to use Zotero Connector for
    2. Clicked Zotero Connector
    3. Asked if I needed to log in but I am already logged in
    4. Closed that pop-up box regarding the message asking me to log in
    5. Tried to use Zotero Connector but nothing would show up
    6. Tried re-installing but still won't work

    Clicked what? The "Save to Zotero" button in your browser toolbar? That's not something you would use in Google Docs.

    I clicked the tab named Zotero on Google Docs and then Add/Edit Citation but no other pop-up window is showing up

    I tried to view my Google Account and manage the extension and it shows it has access to edit, I am still not able to add/edit citations

    When the login popup appears, you shouldn't close it. The Zotero Connector performs actions in Google Docs for you (inserting and formatting citations), and as such needs its own authentication. You have to authenticate with the account that owns or has edit access for the document that you are trying to work with. Then, if a citation dialog doesn't appear, restart Zotero and your browser, try again, by making sure you authenticate, and if a dialog still doesn't appear, look through open Zotero windows (since the citation dialog is part of Zotero, not Google Docs).
