Upgrade Storage[Bug or Unsupported Feature] batch rename pdf attachments in the same collection
I know the trick to batch rename all pdfs by advanced search, but this won't work when I was trying to batch rename pdfs in the same collection.
For example, when I want to list all items in collection "epitaxy" as

But when I try to filter attachment filetype is pdf, no item will be filted

Unless I check "Include parent and child items of matching items"

But at this time, I can't batch select pdf files with Ctrl-A, because this will also select all parent items, so I can't batch rename pdf attachments in the same collection

AbeJellinekedited 18 days agoYou can save one search with a single "Collection" = "- epitaxy" condition and "Include parent and child items" checked, then create a second search with a "Collection" = the first search, "Attachment File Type" = PDF, and "Include parent and child items" unchecked. Kind of a messy workaround but it works.
