Upgrade StorageStorage renewal
Hello, my My Library storage is 8095.9 MB and currently just expired on an unlimited account and started the 30 days grace period to renew a plan, and the notice email states, "stored files in excess of the free limit will be deleted". Do I have a choice a to what is deleted?
I would like to downgrade to 6GB, but wondering if i will loose documents too if I choose to do downgrade?
Also, is there a way to export everything with accesible PDFs to my local hard drive?

adamsmithYou don't have a choice in terms of what gets deleted, but note that the deletion refers to the server. Zotero won't delete local files (unless you explicitly do so yourself) ever.

Andrew_74Thanks Adam, so basically the only inconvenience is that I wont be able to sync via cloud/server form device to device correct?
