repeated sync issues

I am consistently having issues with syncing. It used to be it would only sync right after restarting my computer, but now it won't sync at all. Recently updated to 64bit but it was happening with 32bit version as well. Using a Thinkpad with Windows 11.

When I report error it gives the below for (I think) every file I've added:

    Are you connecting via a proxy server? This looks like something you would get if a proxy server was interfering with and modifying requests.

    Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through reproducing this, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?
  • Thanks! I do use a VPN but I disabled it and still have issues, Debug ID is D794884546.
  • That's still using a proxy.
