Hello,

I encountered an error when downloading the latest version of Zotero. My report ID is 133893292. The error message displayed is:

"Report software defect, Request timed out after 30000 ms"

Could you please help resolve this issue? Thank you very much for your assistance.

  • An error doing what? Syncing?

    Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through reproducing the error, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?

    (We only need the id here, not a screenshot of the dialog.)
