Zotero file storage quota, but current usage 0MB

Hi! I use Zotero on chrome and when I clicked on the extension, it didn't save to my library on my local device. I have a notice saying that I'm at my Zotero file storage quota, but when I went to the link to see my usage, the usage is listed as 0MB. It says "No currently active clients that have synced," even though I have syncing set up. I'm not opposed to buying storage if I need it, but I'm not sure what files are taking up the most space.
  • Two things:
    1) Failure to save to your local device is _never_ connected to insufficient Zotero File Storage. You only need ZFS for syncing, not for saving. Troubleshoot the saving issues separately, starting here: https://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues

    2) If you are receiving a file storage warning on your local device and you're not seeing anything under "Web Library" here, you're almost certainly syncing with different account. Double-check your username in the Zotero Settings/Preferences
