Upgrade StorageZotero doesn't retrieve metadata
Hi all,
I've seen similar problems described in some other threads, but so far I couldn't find a solution that worked in my case (Zotero 7.0.15 on Sequoia 15.1). The report ID is 1054637902.
Zotero doesn't progress when retrieving metadata for any pdf. Sometimes it reaches the "processing" stage and sometimes nothing happens at all. It doesn't freeze, there is just no progress. Curiously, every time I restart Zotero, it regularly manages to retrieve metadata for a few files before getting stuck again.
I have reset the translators already and tried with Zotero 6, both didn't work. I noticed error code 500 in the report, which according to another thread indicates a server error, but in that case I wouldn't understand why it works for the first few files after a restart.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
