Hi! Would appreciate trouble shooting tips for my zotero chrome add-in, which is grayed out and won't let me save files to zotero. I have had no issues like this in the past.
1. Open chrome-extension://ekhagklcjbdpajgpjgmbionohlpdbjgc/preferences/preferences.html 2. Press F12 (or Cmd+Alt+I if on macOS). The developer tools should pop up. 4. Select the Console tab 5. Take a screenshot or copy the contents of the console and share it here.
Upgrade Storage

Errors would show up on the main Extensions page — there'd be an Errors button next to Details and Remove. You can see a screenshot in this section:
