When using the app on my ipad, I’m constantly getting this pop-up “Error: Unable to unzip snapshot.” and can’t open any of my files.

    When trying to connect to WebDAV you're getting 429 http code - "Too many login retries". So you're being limited by your WebDAV provider. Did you provide proper login credentials? You should wait a while and then try going to Settings -> Account -> Verify Server and see if that works. Otherwise you can try reaching out to Koofr to see why you're being limited.
