The icons for citing bibliographies and inserting them into my word document have disappeared. Its like they have been deleted???

Who knows about this?

    You should probably upgrade to the latest version of the Zotero 1.0 plugin (1.0.10), or even to the 2.0 betas first of all--- many, many bugs have been fixed since 1.0.0.0! The betas are quite stable-- I've never had a data-loss bug in using them.

    Thank so much you guys!!! When I upgrade will I loose any of my files containing all my citations. What precautions should I take?????

    no. upgrade to 1.0.10 first, then to 2.0b7.6 you shouldn't lose any files, but it's still a good idea to backup you data directory on an external harddrive.
