1. On my zotero desktop, the only way to view number of total items that i can make work is to close and reopen the desktop app every time. after i click on the bar to expand the view of the items the 'items in this view' disappears and i can't figure out a different way to get back to that other than restarting the program. Is there a different way that is not as irritatating?

2. I've upgraded my storage and have more than enough now for all the items. Some syncing is working, but not all. My desktop and web library are not syncing up in a parent folder -- and the totals do not make sense. On desktop program, In my parent folder 'proposal' says 84 items: ch. 1 subfolder is 9 items, 'degrowth' subfolder is 43 items, and methods subfolder is 7 items. On the web, my parent folder 'proposal' has 25 items, ch. 1 subfolder has 9 items as on the desktop, 'degrowth' subfolder has 43 as on the desktop, and methods subfolder has 7. So the concern of missing items between desktop and the web is the discrepancy between the 84 and the 25 in the parent folder. I've synced multiple times and this is not changing. I'd like my desktop and online /web zotero libraries to match exactly all the time, and to keep up with any changes I make in either space. I have syncing settings set up to sync automatically, but they're not actually syncing fully. Can someone please help me figure out how to make them the same and keep them staying the same as I make changes? Thank you!
