Good morning, I have in my zotero library a doctoral thesis. According to Vancouver regulations, the citation should include the term “Thesis” in square brackets, whether the thesis is online or offline, according to the attached example:

Montes Alvarez MJ. Parametros predictivos de complicaciones macroangiopaticos en la diabetes mellitus tipo 2 que precisa insulinoterapia [Thesis]. Cadiz (Spain): Universidad de Cadiz; 2005

But in my case, that term does not appear, it appears as an attachment:
Gómez Barrera B. Diseño de las instalaciones de un quirófano de un hospital. Madrid: UCM; 2020;

It has happened to me with all the doctoral theses I have had in my library. I do not understand why the term “Thesis” does not appear.

Do you have any solution for this problem? Do you know how to add the term “thesis”?
