Note Editor: Difficulty exiting a list properly (bullet/numbered) when there is text after
Description:
In Zotero 7's note editor, I am experiencing issues when trying to exit a list (both bullet and numbered) and return to normal text formatting. Specifically, when I attempt to remove the list formatting and reset indentation, the previous list item also gets unintentionally affected.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a note in the Zotero note editor.
2. Paste some list text that is one line (e.g. copy from an annotation, Zotero will lose the line breaks)
3. Start a list (either bullet or numbered).
4. Press
5. Time to exit: press
Variant 1:
6. Press
7. Press
→ While the current line successfully exits the list, the last item in the list also gets removed from the list formatting.
Variant 2:
6. Press
7. Press
→ This will first properly remove the bullet but retain the indent, the second
Variant 3:
6. Press
→This creates an empty bullet and continues the list below because there is some text to the right of the cursor. Otherwise, this works for exiting a list.
Additional Information:
- This issue occurs in Zotero 7.0.11.
- I tested it in Troubleshoot Mode (with all plugins disabled) and encountered the same behaviour.
- Screen recording to demonstrate the current behaviour: https://i.imgur.com/5Jk2cvz.gif

martynas_bBut why not just press Shift-Tab without pressing anything else in all cases if you want to convert a list item into a regular paragraph?
