Recovering my previous Zotero account

Recently, i downloaded new zotero in my new laptop but failed to access my previous data in my previous zotero.

I assume you mean you have moved from an old computer where your Zotero library was, to the new laptop. In which case, see https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/transferring_a_library
