I'm having trouble with adding citations and bibliography in Microsoft Word. The Zotero I'm currently using is the newest version (just updated) and I'm using Microsoft Office 13. A few months ago I was working on my thesis and Zotero was fine.

Today as I was trying to use Zotero, it said that Zotero is experiencing problems updating my document. I couldn't add citations or bibliography. After I read the troubleshooting information, I updated Zotero and re-installed the Word plugin. After that I could add citations, but I still couldn't add bibliography. After following other instructions from various discussion forums, I couldn't add the citations anymore. Other than that, it seems like whenever Zotero is active, I'm having trouble scrolling and moving the cursor in Word. What do I need to do? My debug ID is D1835351639.
