zotero citation count manager - not working in zotero7

The zotero citation count manager said it doesn't have a citation count for any item. It's wierd since it worked in the 6th version. Do you have any suggestion?

You need to report it to the plugin developer.

Yea, I was about to. But some subscribers has mentioned this problem and receive no reply.
