WebDAV Sync Stopped working - 524961803

Hi,

the WebDAV syncing has already worked, however it is now producing the error: "WebDAV verification failed". I did not change my credentials. Are there other possible reasons for that?

Background:
I initially set up my library on a enterprise pc (A), which I unfortuantely can not acces anymore. I initially synced all files to Zotero and later solely synced my data to limit storage usage. Now I activated syncing on my new machine (B) and downloaded the library version stored on the Zotero storage. As I now want to sync my files as well I switched to WebDAV syncing.

This produced many pseudo pdf-files locally (on B), which (I think) only contain the highlightings of the attachments. Could this affect the syncing? In other issues too extensive file size is mentioned. Could the few files that initially were uploaded to Zotero (from A) cause this problem?

Goal:
I do not need my old attachment files, but I would like to keep the contained literature data and append new literature and files. Everything should be synced via WebDAV.
  • [JavaScript Error: "WebDAV Verifizierung fehlgeschlagen. Überprüfen Sie Ihre Datei-Sync-Einstellungen im Sync-Reiter der Zotero-Einstellungen."]
    [JavaScript Error: "Request timed out"]
    We'd want to see a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for Verify Server to confirm, but this looks like the connection to your WebDAV server is timing out.
  • Sorry for the mixup. Here is the debug ID: D1948453285

    What could cause this server timeout and is this still resolvable within zotero?

    (No mix up. We always want a Report ID, but you only need to provide a Debug ID if we ask for one.)
    (3)(+0000000): HTTP PUT " " to https://[…]/webdav/zotero/zotero-test-file.prop

    (3)(+0000000): {
    "Content-Type": "application/x-www-form-urlencoded"
    }

    [30 seconds later]

    Error: Request timed out
    Your WebDAV server is responding to other requests (e.g., a PROPFIND) but isn't responding to a PUT. You'll need to talk to them.
