Annotation question

Hello, I was using the annotation feature for a pdf and only have of my annotations are showing up - when the entire doc is highlighted. Anyone know how to solve this?

I have unlimited storage, too.

You have a typo there, and I'm not sure what you mean. Can you say more? A screenshot (either here or in an email to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread) might also help.

Apologies! I meant to say, only half of my annotations are showing up. Screenshot attached of my annotations and another PDF which shows highlights later in the PDF - but no annotations.
