Upgrade StorageMissing Folders
I've haven't opened Zotero in 3-4 months and today I opened to find all my folders gone. I've followed the steps herer: https://www.zotero.org/support/zotero_data#locating_missing_zotero_data
I find “zotero.sqlite”, “zotero.sqlite.bak” but they are both 1MB.
I've tried searching for other files named “zotero.sqlite” but cannot find any.
I may have sent my laptop to a repair center and wiped everything, but doesn't Zotero save in the cloud through my account? Does anyone know how to retrieve it?

If yes, if your drive was indeed wiped out, you need to enter your username and password in Zotero to get your online data back into your local library https://www.zotero.org/support/preferences/sync

Do you mean this? It's completely empty
Did you actually set up syncing on your local machine, before you had to send your machine to the repair center? Maybe with a different username? If not, maybe you had a personal back-up (in general, not Zotero-specific) somewhere? Otherwise I'm afraid it will not be possible to recover your library.
