Upgrade StorageOpenoffice plugin not working
I am using firefox 3.5.5, OO Writer 3.1.1 Zotero 20b7.6 and the latest OO plugin for firefox. When I try to cite from OO, I get the message: "Firefox could not load the component required to communicate with your word processor. Please ensure that the appropriate Firefox extension is installed, then try again." I've tried to reinstall several times, but to no avail, even after removing the extension within OO and then reinstalling in firefox.

(1) Double-check that the integration plugin installed is the one for the installed version of Zotero;
(2) Disable other extensions to be see whether the failure is not caused by a conflict, and restart Firefox;
(3) Delete the files listed here, plus compreg.dat and xpti.dat, and restart Firefox:
