have never synchronized, trying to sync but unaccessible former email adress
Dear zotero support team,
I have been using a standalone version on my computer for many years and have never synched it before. I would like to sync it in order to share within a group created by a colleague (if I understand well i have to). When trying to sync i get this message:
"This Zotero database was last synchronized with a different account (my actual email) from the one you are trying to synchronize with (my former email which has been deactivated since and that i cannot access anymore). If you continue, all Zotero libraries associated with the account (my former account) will be deleted from this computer.
Before continuing, please ensure that all the data and files you wish to keep have been synchronized with the (old) account, or that you have a backup of your Zotero data directory."
I have already changed my email address in zotero login a long time ago and was not aware zotero still had my old one.
can you help me solve this problem?
