Can't login into Zotero application on Windows

Hello,

I can't login into the Zotero application on Windows.

Is there any fix or setting I need to do before?

That means what it says. Can you explain what you're confused about and what you've tried?

I don't actually see any sync attempts for the account you're posting from.

Actually, I now see a successful login, so maybe you already resolved this.

If I try to login into the windows application where I can start the sync attempt it always pops the message that the username or password is not correct.

It's 100% correct because I can login into the homepage of zotero.

This is probably the reason why you can't see any sync attempt?

Can you provide a Debug ID for clicking Set Up Syncing? (Your password won't be logged.) I don't see any login attempts reaching our servers for you.

Is there a reason you provided a screenshot and not a Debug ID?

Are any network requests in Zotero working?

Is this an institutional computer connecting via a proxy?
