trouble with changing citation styles - all listed citations at the end of document disappeared

Hi, I am currently writing my bachelor thesis using ISO as a citation style. But I found out that I have to use the AMA citation style. After I switched from ISO to AMA, it changed all the numbers of citations in the text but all listed citations at the end of text disappeared. I am using Word.
Please, can someone tell me what am I doing wrong?

Did you click on "Add/edit bibliography"?

I tried to put about two citations after that switch by using “add/edit bibliography”. But they aren’t listed in the end either.

I'm not following what you're describing.
You add citations with the first "Add/edit citation" button.
Once a document has at least 1! citation you can go to where you want to place your bibliography and click on the mentioned "Add/edit bibliography".
If your document already has a bibliography you can use the "Refresh" button.
