compatibility changing word processors with no word access
Hello!
I've recently lost access to my work office, so I can only use MS office's basic functions - which do not includde Zotero and the possibility to convert citations in bookmarks.
I'm now trying to add new references in LibreOffice but I keep seeing the same error
"Zotero cannot update this document because it was created by a different word processing application with an incompatible field encoding. In order to make a document compatible with both Word and LibreOffice, open the document in the word processor with which it was originally created and switch the field type to Bookmarks in the Zotero Document Preferences."
I've tried deleting the bookmarks from navigation but the same issue persists.
I see there's no integration with office 365 online, so I can't even use this freepass apparently.
Is there a workaround to solve this issue without MS office?
Thank you very much!

adomasvenAs a not-great workaround, you could do Existing Citations Not Detected in reverse - i.e. save in Google Docs, then download it to use with LibreOffice.
