Upgrade StorageDark Mode Notes Text Issue in Zotero 7
Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing a bug with dark mode in Zotero 7. In the Item Notes section, most text appears black on a dark background, except for enumerations and code blocks. Annotations and all other types of notes work fine—also, the item notes preview displays correctly.
This happens across all my devices (PC - Windows 11 Pro 64-bit, MacBook Pro, and iPhone). I’ve tried updating Zotero (currently on 7.0.11) and switching between light and dark mode, but nothing seems to fix it. My Zotero setup is mostly default, with no plugins installed.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Any workarounds? Would appreciate any advice.

If you select the text, click the Text Color button (second from left), and choose Remove Color, does that fix it?
