I can't copy papers from My Library to Group library by dragging and dropping

I can't copy folders containing papers in My Library to Group library by dragging and dropping on a Windows10 machine. To be precise, when there are a few dozen papers, copying starts, but when there are around 500 or more, even if I wait a day, copying doesn't start. It doesn't look like an error, so the report ID is not displayed.

When I perform the same operations on a Mac, I can copy folders containing around 500 papers instantly.

    We'd want to see a Debug ID for reproducing this (giving it a little while to run).

    Today, I used a Windows 10 machine to drag and drop a folder containing a total of 226 articles in My Library to a folder I had created in Group Libraries, and the copying started immediately and was completed.

    I don't know whether the environment for zotero storage has improved or whether the zotero team has improved the app, but the problem has been solved.
