I am Mr. N. Ragavan from Sri Lanka, and I have been using Zotero for managing citations in my PhD thesis. It has been extremely helpful in organizing my references and making the thesis writing process much smoother.

I was close to finishing my thesis last week when my computer system was corrupted, and I had to reinstall Windows. Although I still have the thesis with the in-text citations from Zotero, I was unable to generate the bibliography before the system reset. Unfortunately, I also lost my Zotero library because I hadn’t synced it with the cloud.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering my lost references.
