How to pin a standalone note at the top of a list of references ?

I am developing a public Zotero library on the specific topic of maternity protection at work. I would like to provide information on the library, for example contact information, in a standalone note. Is it possible to pin a standalone note so that it always stays at the top of the list of references even when adding new references?

    This is a commonly requested feature, but not something that Zotero currently supports. You can get a note to appear at the top of the list when sorting by Title if you put some punctuation (e.g. an equals sign) at the beginning of the first line, but there's no way to guarantee that group members/viewers will be sorting that way.
