How to synchronize items from the Web Library to local Zotero?

I accidentally deleted all the contents under Zotero's default Data Directory, causing all my zotero items disappeared. But these items on the Web Library are still visible (even though the files are not stored). I wonder how to synchronize these categorized items from the Web Library to local.

    If you deleted the files from your system, then simply setting up sync will pull down your data.

    If you don't see the files in the web library, it means that you were either using linked files, WebDAV for file storage, or you were at your Zotero Storage quota (in that last case, some files should have still synced).
