• That looks like some sort of problem with fonts or font rendering on your computer.

    Have you used Zotero on this computer before?

    Does it work in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”)?
  • Zotero 6 can display prperly on this computer. But after I upgraded it, this problem appeared.

    Yes. it can work well in Troubleshooting Mode.
  • If it works in Troubleshooting Mode, and you don't have any plugins installed (which you don't appear to), that would point to some sort of problem with your graphics driver. See if you can update it, and make sure you're running the latest version of Windows.
