App to Server Connection Error

I have the most up to date verison of the app and can't figure out why I'm getting the following message.

1. Any ideas?

2. Does this impact synching or anything else?

    If you provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt, we might be able to say more, but that looks like some sort of problem with your computer setup (e.g., security software or incorrect time or time zone) or internet connection (proxy server). That WebDAV server has a valid security certificate.
  • I've exported Debug Output_files. Is this correct? For some reason it won't upload here. Apologies if I've gotten this wrong.
  • If you can't even submit debug output, it's likely just some general problem with your network connection. See Connection Error.
