Zotero does not create a Bibliography (large document - Word Mac)

Hi! I am reaching out to ask for help, because my large document (+1000 citations) dies not create a bibliography, and I am struggling with this. I have the paid version of Zotero as well. Can you hep me what steps to follow or how can I solve it? thanks

    The Mac Word plugin is unfortunately slower than the other implementations - extremely so for long documents with many references. There's ongoing work at Microsoft to address the origin of this issue.
    How long did you wait for the bibliography to appear? It might take several hours in your case.

    (by the way, there's no paid version of Zotero itself - paying customers get more online storage, not different functionality)
