Zotero connector - no modal on PDF

In Chrome on a PDF page, when I "Save to Zotero", the item is added to Zotero but the modal pop-up menu doesn't appear in the browser, so I can't add tags.

And you're sure this is in Chrome? What you're describing is the behavior you would get in Firefox.

Have you disabled all other browser extensions?

You should also update to the latest version of Chrome. You're on an outdated version.
