Upgrade StorageWebDAV Error - syncing failed

I have issues with WebDAV syncing. The icon in the right corner indicates "WebDAV verification failed. Verify your file sync settings in the Sync pane of the Zotero preferences." When I try to verify it, an error message appears „Request timed out“
My employer has already tested for the cloud and has not found any problems with it.
There was a problem with a pdf that didn’t sync properly which I have fixed. I have added new pdfs on zotero on my Macbook, edited them in the zotero app on the iPad and the changes appear again in zotero on my Mac. So, syncing seems to work - but the error message does still appear. However, I did not test for every PDF in the library.
The problem appeared after adding a Citavi library to my existing zotero library. It also coincided with the zotero update and the update of the cloud provider.
I have searched the forum but cannot find any answers to my problem.

dstillmanA request timeout would be some sort of problem with your internet connection. I'm afraid that's all we can tell you. Your connections to Zotero servers seem fine.
