Make cursor switch to Zotero when using insert citation keyboard shortcut.

When I use a keyboard shortcut to insert a citation in Word or Libre Office, the cursor remains in the document instead of switching to the Zotero citation insertion box.

Please change the behavior so the cursor automatically moves to the Zotero citation insertion box.

The current behavior forces me to remove my hands from the keyboard and click inside the Zotero citation insertion box. This is a waste of time.

    Report ID? What OS version and word processor versions? That's obviously not the normal behavior.

    Are you saying it works properly if you use the toolbar buttons?

    Same behavior happens if I use the toolbar buttons. The insert citation box comes up, but the cursor remains active in the document.
