pdf is not saved when using zotero on the IEEE

When i try to save a paper in zotero on the IEEE, only the snapshot is saved, and the full pdf of the paper is not saved.

As it is saved as shown in the picture.

An error occurred while saving using the IEEE Xplore repeater, attempting to save using the Embedded Metadata repeater instead.

I checked the debug ID and it came out like this.

I'm a college student, so I'm using the school portal to access the IEEE.

From the debug log:

Error: HTTP request to https://ieeexplore-ieee-org-ssl-openlink-sookmyung-ac-kr.ssl.openlink.sookmyung.ac.kr/rest/search/citation/format rejected with status 0

It looks like the Connector is applying your proxy to an already proxied URL. Could you take a screenshot of the Proxies section in the Zotero Connector preferences?

OK, so you'll just need to configure your proxy. The Connector will offer to do that automatically when you log in, but you can also configure it manually:

Login URL Scheme: https://lib.sookmyung.ac.kr/login?retUrl=%u
Proxied URL Scheme: %h-ssl.openlink.sookmyung.ac.kr/%p

(I'm not totally sure about the latter - the "-ssl" suffix is a bit weird - but let us know if that works.)
