Automatic proxy and proxy detection not working

For some reason Zotero's automatic proxy partially stopped working. I still get to some sites through automatic proxy but for others it does not work. It also does not show the banner for these sites when I manually log into my institution and go to the site.

Edit: This is on Firefox.

Thanks. I took it that I should disregard information on that page (since it seems inapplicable in my case) and just submit the following information:
