How can i bookmark a PDF ?

How can i bookmark a specific page within a PDF which is an attachment of a citation ?
I usually read long papers, and i'd like to bookmark where i left off.
How could i do this in Zotero 7?

    It's not currently possible to add bookmarks, but Zotero will automatically return you to the page you were last on, and it will sync that page position across devices.

    oh... too bad is not possible.
    This is a feature to consider implementating in future releases, it would be highly appreiated and very useful.

    I wouldn't use the actual bookmarks feature in a PDF for bookmarking anyway (since bookmarks are typically used for document structure in PDFs) -- why not just use a note?
