rename the the attached file according to document

Dear,
When adding a new article or book to a folder in Zotero, the attached file name appears as "PDF" (type of the file)
however,
I want to see the actual file name
as it was in the earlier versions of Zotero
how to have it as before?

The file is being renamed. "PDF" (or "ScienceDirect Full Text PDF" or "Accepted Version" or similar") is the attachment title, to avoid cluttering the items list with redundant metadata. You can see the filename in the right-hand pane after clicking on the attachment, but it will just be based on the metadata of the parent item that's already shown in the items list.
