Problem Syncing Zotero after purchase Data Upgrade

I Installed Zotero on my PC and on my tablet. I imported all my data from Mendeley to the Zotero on PC, wich was stored locally as exceeded the 300mb limit.

Now I Purchased 6GB for Zotero Storage for a Year, but I can´t manage to get zotero to sync my local files to the cloud.

I tried the sync history reset option, as it shows on the help support, but my files are not syncing anyways.

What can I do in order to get my files online?

I tried the "Reset File Sync History" as it shows on the KB with no success again, and I just sent the error report to Zotero after do the first Sync and open one of the files that did'nt sync as asked on the KB.

You disabled file syncing in the settings.
