Problem Zotero

Good morning,
I am on safari with the extension activated, the Zotero tab appears but when I click nothing happens since this morning, the articles are not added to the Zotero application. No pending updates. What to do? THANKS

    What do you mean by "the Zotero tab appears"? Can you share a screenshot of what you're referring to?

    The blue "Z"? (That's a button/icon, not a "tab".)

    In the Extensions tab of the Safari settings, make sure you've given the Zotero Connector access to all websites.
