Search name cannot be longer than 255 characters [ID:196473424]

I didn't search for anything, but it always has this problem and leads to failure in sync. How can I solve this problems?

    You have a saved search with an extremely long name. You'll need to shorten it to sync.

    Where can I find the saved search. Actually, I don't remember I have searched anything.

    Saved searches are listed below collections in the left-hand pane.

    I have deleted all the saved search, but still show something wrong.

  • dstillman
    Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. This could be something created by a plugin.

    If it still happens, we'd want to see a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for reproducing it in Troubleshooting Mode.

    There is still some problems in Troubleshooting Mode. The Debug ID is 471198941

    The collection is still in the trash.

    And there shouldn't be any mystery about which one it is (unless a plugin is hiding it from view) — the collection name is an incredibly long SharePoint URL. No idea how you ended up with that, but it's pretty obviously wrong.
