Storage doesn't update even though payment was made

Hi,

I have a problem regarding the storage update. So I bought a storage update using SEPA and the payment was already done from my bank account but still, the storage didn't update. Anyone have an idea why this could be?
  • Currently we update your subscription when we receive confirmation from our payment processor that the payment has fully completed. This can still take several days after the money leaves your account.

    We're still learning exactly what is typical with SEPA debit processing, but we're working on streamlining this so that people won't have to wait like this.
  • It has been 2 weeks since I payed. On the website, it says that it can take up to 14 days. Is it possible to check this out?
  • It has been 11 days. Your subscription has now been fully processed.
