Hi,

I have a large paper due in the next few hours (I might email my professor if this isn't fixed by then) and Zotero suddenly stopped letting me add citations and stopped updating my Google Doc. I've tried restarting Chrome and Zotero multiple times, but nothing seems to work. Thank you so much in advance, and happy holidays!

    How large is the document? This isn't a common error, and it's likely due to either having a very large document or some temporary issue with Google servers.

    We generally don't recommend using the Google Docs plugin with very large documents, since they depend on Google servers. If possible, you can try transferring your document to Word or LibreOffice. See Moving Documents with Zotero Citations Between Word Processors. If you get the same error with that, you might need to split up the document into multiple parts (using File → "Make a copy…" in Google Docs and then cutting down each portion) and transfer those individually, and then recombine in Word or LibreOffice, where you won't have this problem.
