The webdav problem of zotero Android app

1.my webdav server was established in synology 718+,and zhe ssl certification was applied from tencentCloud;
2.the webdav server was well done in the Zotero 7 for Windows;
3.the same set was used in the Android client,and it displayed ‘HTTPS error:Trust anchor for certification path not found’ when I verify server.

Why and How to resolve?
  • Can you connect to the URL from your web browser on Android?

    If so, can you provide a Debug ID for a Verify Server attempt in the Zotero Android app?

    I can access all the functions of my nas through other ports, the debug ID D1508560067
  • Not sure what you mean by "through other ports". I'm asking specifically if you can load the WebDAV URL in your browser in Android.
  • The webdav url cannot load from browser in both laptop and Android. It’s only accessed by client.I don't understand “Can you connect to the URL from your web browser on Android?”
  • I'm asking you to paste the full URL into your Android browser and tell us whether you get a certificate error.

  • Can you view the certificate info in your browser and send us screenshots that show the certificate chain at support@zotero.org with a link to this thread?

  • The server appears not to be properly sending intermediate certificates:

    https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/incomplete_cert_chain#technical_detailsmissing_intermediate_certificate

    (The SSL Labs test won't run on a non-443 server, but if it did it would say "Chain issues: Incomplete".)
  • My server is not a 443port server,the test cannot run. How can I solve the problem?
  • I'm telling you what the problem is. As I said, if you could run the test, that's what it would say.
