Hello,

I am using Zotero 7.0.11-beta.9+0a6095322 (64-bit) on Windows 10.

In the past, I have not had any trouble with bulk imports from databases (PubMed, EBSCO, etc.), but since Friday 12/06, I am constantly receiving error messages when attempting to do a bulk import from a database.

The error message is "An error occurred importing the selected file with "MEDLINE/nbib." Please ensure that the file is valid and try again." When I try to do a bulk import from EBSCO, the error message is "An error occurred importing the selected file with "RIS." Please ensure that the file is valid and try again."

This is happening with many different searches in EBSCO and PubMed, but for example, using "Send to-> Citation manager" from this search is generating that error:

Have also done a database integrity check and that doesn't seem to be a problem.

Any ideas about what might be going wrong here?
