Following https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/480520, would it be possible to include the camel_Snake_Case and Pascal_Camel_Snake_Case options? (cc @tnajdek)

Would you ever actually use lower camel case or do you just need upper camel case (i.e., Pascal case)?

@dstillman I would just use the upper/Pascal camel case
